In Microsoft Windows
XP, you can easily remove My Computer and other icons from your desktop using
the Desktop Properties dialog. That said, you can’t do the same for the Recycle
Bin.
Here’s how you can
remove the Recycle Bin from your Windows XP desktop:

1. This one is Simple and easier.
Goto Registry Editor RUN command => Type regedit.
Navigate as follows,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket
Now you have to create
new value data types or names,
Create datatype DWORD and name as NukeOnDelete.
Set the value data as 0 to Use Recyclebin or 1 to Delete it..!
Now save and reboot your system and chill that you wont find Recycle Bin on desktop.!

2. This is not much safe. Try at your own risk.
